Shipping Policy

We pride ourselves on our fast and efficient dispatch of orders, which is one of many factors that have enabled us to build and maintain a loyal, happy customer base. To do this we must have a complete and full address with a post code. A What Three Words position address would also be useful. We also need a daytime contact phone number, ideally a mobile, and a contact name in full.

We are unable to process orders or deliver on UK Bank & Major Holidays and Weekends. Please note that we close for 2 weeks at over Christmas & New Year and no order will be despatched during this time. Delivery times are between the hours of 8.00 am – 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. This is based on driver schedules, courier or despatch company used, and the most efficient routes and we are unable to give a specified delivery slot within these times.

If no one is available to take the delivery, the courier will leave details at the address to rearrange delivery or may leave with a neighbour as a signature is always required unless given instructions on where to safely leave your goods. We may need to make an additional handling charge for the return and re-delivery. Should no one be available to take the re-delivery, we may cancel the order and refund your money, excluding any additional charge for the return and re-delivery.

Please note that we may not always be able to deliver to your given address for our advertised delivery costs. If you have an address in the Scottish Highlands, Ireland or an off-shore island please call to check delivery options as otherwise we will have to refund your order.

Materials delivered from our own stock.

Normally 1-2 days is our general delivery time (can sometimes be longer if your order exceeds our stock quantity and we then have to wait for manufacturers’ stock to arrive in from Lichtenstein).

These goods are almost always stock items but be aware that if you are taking very large quantities of stock that we may not be able to fill your order fully on first delivery as all advertised stock is live across multiple branches. Please call the office to check as not be disappointed.

International and Offshore orders

We are currently unable to supply products to anywhere outside of the UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. If this is something you require then we can gladly have these shipped to somewhere within the UK for you to arrange overseas delivery.
