Returns Policy

You may return most goods supplied by us in their original condition within 14 days and obtain a refund. Please contact us first within this period should you wish to return the goods so we can warn our warehouse to expect an external delivery. Provided the goods are unopened and in a resalable as new condition, with their original commercial box, packing and accessories as appropriate then a full refund can be given. We are also not responsible for the transport or return of goods for refund. This responsibility falls to the customer.

Delivery charges are not refundable and if required we are entitled to deduct a 20% restocking charge from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that made to measure / special order products cannot be returned unless faulty. Refunds are not available on “free with purchase” items, unless all other products are returned.

Please Note: If you open any of the goods and original packaging then we will not be able to offer the goods for resale as new so will not be able to offer you a refund.

Returns and refunds are not available for over ordering of products, part order returns will not be accepted unless faulty. Please ensure you consult the relevant data sheets and information available on the product page to accurately measure how much of the product you will need.
